Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Carpetech collects and uses personal information through this website. We handle it in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
When you send us an enquiry through the form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, phone number, email, suburb, a description of the damage and any photos you attach. When you phone us, we have your number and what you tell us about the job.
Why we collect it
We use it to reply to you, give you an estimate, arrange and carry out the repair, and invoice for it. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
Where it is held
Enquiry form entries are collected and stored by our form provider, Cognito Forms, and sent to us by email. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and keep it only as long as we need it for these purposes.
Cookies and measurement
This website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking. They use cookies to record when an enquiry form is sent or a phone number is tapped, so we can tell which of our advertising works. They don't give us your name or contact details. Boyce is brilliant! I highly recommend him for his workmanship and he is polite, clean, tidy and very reasonably priced. We should have contacted him earlier and not put off the repairs we needed.

Boyce is an absolute wizard, I really thought there was no way the damage in the carpet wouldn't lead to having to replace it entirely, but he worked magic with a small off cut and you can't even tell there was an issue in the first place. He's also really friendly and professional, I highly recommend him.

Boyce has done an excellent job repairing my carpet. This is the third time I have used him. He's a talented tradesman, punctual and very in-demand.

Repairing a carpet costs a fraction of a new carpet.
Re-carpeting a room means uplift, underlay, disposal and a new carpet that may not match the next room. A repair deals with the damaged area and no more.
We'll be honest about the result. Carpet that has been out in the room for years has faded and worn, so a patch rarely matches it perfectly. A good repair is a real improvement, far less noticeable than the damage, rather than a perfect match.
If a repair isn't the right call for your carpet, we'll tell you.
